More than 28 years of experience in management labor and employment law. Carmen Rodriguez was born in Havana, Cuba and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1987.  Carmen is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida; U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit and United States Supreme Court.
