Federal Court Issues Preliminary Injunction Blocking Overtime Rules

The Department of Labor’s new white collar exemption regulations will not go into effect on December 1, 2016. A Federal Judge issued a nationwide hold on the implementation of the new threshold salary requirement. We await further court action on this issue.
